  • Bariatric surgery is arguably the most effective therapy for weight loss, and Rouen-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) is considered the “gold-standard” procedure. However, sleeve gastrectomy (SG) surgery has become more prevalent in recent years and it is unclear if weight loss differences occur between these procedures.
