To evaluate the incidence of perioperative myocardial infarction (PMI), serial determinations of serum creatine kinase isoenzymes (CK-MB), electrocardiograms (ECGs), and pyrophosphate myocardial scans were performed in 112 patients undergoing isolated coronary bypass grafting.
