AIMS To evaluate the diagnostic power of the Posterior Pole Asymmetry Analysis (PPAA) from the SPECTRALIS OCT in glaucoma diagnosis and to define the correlation between the visual field sensitivity (VFS) and macular retinal thickness (MRT).
