AIM To demonstrate the clinical efficacy of combination capsule endoscopy (CE) and multiple-detector computed tomography (MDCT) diagnostic imaging in the identification of gastrointestinal hemorrhages. METHODS In the present study, 123 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhages of obscure origin (GHOO) were examined with CE in combination with MDCT.
