The purpose of this research is to describe the utility of nanofibers as a gastroretentive dosage form and improve the solubility of diacerein (DIA) by using the above approach. Poly L-(lactic acid) (PLLA) nanofibers loaded with DIA were prepared using the electrospinning technique.
