The present study was conducted 1) to investigate the post-thaw developmental capacity of in vitro mature bovine oocytes (Metaphase II) frozen by 1.6 M of 1,2-propanediol and 2) to confirm the viability of frozen bovine embryos derived from frozen mature oocytes.
