Develop. Synonyms: Improve. Evolve. Create. Form. Grow. Mature. Unfold. Ripen. Change. Language matters. It simultaneously suggests possibilities and communicates boundaries. We can’t think without it and with it our thinking is inevitably constrained. Why this reminder from Communications IOI? Because what we call what we do affects what we do and how we do it-defines it to ourselves and others.
