The heat dissipation process caused by propagating fatigue crack in AISE 304 steel was studied. To calibrate the heat dissipation data and to implement the precise measurement of heat flow the infrared camera was combined with original measurement systems based on Pelteir element and potential drop technique. The developed experimental setup allows us to monitor the heat flow, heat sources distribution and crack length during the experiment. As a result of the study we have shown the linear…
