We assessed the developmental ability of embryos cloned from porcine neural stem cells, amniotic fluid-derived stem cells, fetal fibroblast cells, adult fibroblast and mammary gland epithelial cells. The five cell lines were transfected with enhanced green fluorescence protein gene respectively using lipofection.
