OBJECTIVE To develop an automated turbidimetric immunoassay (TIA) for measurement of bovine IgG. SAMPLE POPULATION 24 bovine serum samples. PROCEDURE IgG concentration was determined by use of the TIA, and results were compared with those of the radial immunodiffusion (RID) method.
