Angiotensin II (ANG II) was conjugated to polystyrene Latex fluorescent microspheres (0.5 or 0.05 micron diam) with carbodiimide. Biological activity of the ANG II-conjugated microspheres (ANG II microspheres) was assessed in dispersed hepatocytes.
