A chemiluminescence flow-injection analysis biosensor has been constructed for phosphate-ion detection. This system is coenzymeless and employs a maltose phosphorylase, mutarotase, and glucose-oxidase (MP–MUT–GOD) reaction system combined with an Arthromyces ramosus peroxidase–luminol reaction system.
