The Health Resources Allocation Model (HRAM) is a computer based approach enabling health planners to discuss and design health care delivery services and to adjust the health plans based on the generated outcome. Since 1990 a lot of experience with a computer based version of the HRAM could be collected in different courses (MSc, post-graduate Diploma level) and seminars in the universities of Bangkok, Basel, Brisbane, Heidelberg, London, New Haven and Toronto.
