Coffee constitutes an extremely complex food matrix and has an important role in the world’s economy, especially in producing and exporting countries like Brazil. High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry with selective monitoring reaction (LC-MS/MS-SMR) was used for the development of a method for the analysis of ochratoxin A (OTA) in roasted coffee samples, the extraction step was based on a liquid-liquid extraction followed by a clean up with immunoaffinity column… CONTINUE READING
