STUDY OBJECTIVE To evaluate the reliability of a newly developed taxonomy--the Clinical Pharmacist Recommendation (CPR) taxonomy--to classify clinical pharmacy interventions. DESIGN The CPR taxonomy was developed and refined in three phases.
