This article reports the development and validation of a student engagement scale (SES), as tested on a sample of 166 respondents from a management school located in the National Capital Region (NCR). The SES is a 41-item self-reporting questionnaire that measures three facets of student engagement namely, sense of belonging, individual engagement and collaborative engagement.
