A new simple, precise, rapid and selective high‐performance thin‐layer chromatographic (HPTLC) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of Rutin and Quercetin in Ayurvedic formulations Triphala churna. The retention factors of rutin and quercetin were 0.01 and 0.76, respectively. linearity was obtained in the range of 200-600 ng for Quercetin and Rutin.
