  • Abstract : This paper presents the results of a study conducted at the NASA White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) on the shock detonability of liquid hydrazine. Liquid hydrazine is the propellant used in the propulsion modules for Space Station Freedom. The focus of the study was to investigate the shock sensitivity of liquid hydrazine when subjected to a hypervelocity projectile impact.
