  • Female Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to a single, graded dose of either of two highly effective mammary chemical carcinogens, 7,12-dimethylbenzanthracene (DMBA) or N-methylnitrosourea, in order to determine the number of mammary cancers per rat induced by a range of carcinogenic doses.
