The content of trace element iron,copper,zinc,manganese,cadmium,lead and chromium in Hanzhong Folium Pyrrosiae was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).The results showed that iron(12.91 μg/g),copper(32.12 μg/g),manganese(22.45 μg/g)and zinc(72.84 μg/g)were rich in Hanzhong Folium Pyrrosiae.The precision was less than 3.24% and the recovery rate of the method was between 93.5%~103.2%,which was accurate and reliable.
