卵磷脂具有多种生理功能,是各种磷脂保健品的主要成分.本文采用紫外分光光度计,建立了卵磷脂的分光光度快速测定方法.结果表明,该方法无需消解、显色,且具有良好的线性关系、重现性和稳定性,加样回收率为97.07%.采用该法对市售的4种卵磷脂保健品进行了分离测定,效果良好.
