  • Bu calismanin amaci, SSR (basit dizi tekrarlari) lokuslarini kullanarak kayalik faresinin, Apodemus mystacinus, genetik cesitliligini belirlemek ve varsa bu cesitliligin nedenleri ortaya koymaktir. Bu calismada, Turkiye'deki 18 lokaliteden toplanan 69 A. mystacinus ornegi calisilmistir. A. mystacinus'un genetik cesitliligini belirlemek icin 7 SSR lokusu kullanilmistir.
