A method using liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was developed for the determination of 17alpha-ethynylestradiol in fish liver; a second method using LC/MS was developed for the determination of carbamazepine, diazepam, simvastatin, and oxybenzone in fish liver.
