Adhesive glycoproteins in the bone matrix are of critical importance for cell anchorage, proliferation, migration, differentiation, and regulation of bone metabolism. The localization of the adhesive glycoprotein vitronectin (Vn) in murine bone tissue was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining.
