Honey is the ingredient of most industrial products for sweetening and improving its food composition. The study is therefore based on the determination of physical parameters such as electrical conductivity and acidity. The instrumentation and apparatuses used in the work are conductometry and titration apparatuses. Honey samples obtained from different areas with respect to Tepi town have been analyzed and the result obtained is on the basis of conductometry and acidity measurement. Hence 20g…

CHARACTERIZATION OF SERBIAN SUNFLOWER HONEYS BY THEIR PHYSICOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract: Five physicochemical parameters (water content, electrical conductivity, total acidity (pH), ash mass fraction and concentration of free acids) were analyzed in 15 sunflower honeys
Exploratory Monitoring of the Quality and Authenticity of Commercial Honey Sold in Libyan Markets
Honey is a popular natural food product with a very complex composition comprising both organic and inorganic constituents. The composition of honey is strongly influenced by both natural and
Characterization of Serbian sunflower honeys by their physicochemical characteristics
Five physicochemical parameters (water content, electrical conductivity, total acidity (pH), ash mass fraction and concentration of free acids) were analyzed in 15 sunflower honeys collected from
Quality Analysis for Some Types of Honey in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Honey is a natural food is produced from the nectar of flowers by bees, contains a lot of sugars, vitamins, minerals and nucleic acids. Honey is an important nutrient for the human body and health,
Determination of physicochemical properties of multifloral honeys stored in different containers
In comparison with the initial values, acidity and 5-(hydroxy-methyl)-2-furaldehyde (HMF) values of all honey samples increased during storage. The total phenol contents of honey were decreased from
