Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity may be useful biomarker for detecting of organophosphate pesticides (OP). Thus a sensitive biosensor for quantitative determination of OP based on AChE biomonitoring was developed. Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)/polyaniline (PANI) composite film was prepared by electrochemical polymerization.
