Detection and characterization of antigens from Taenia solium cysticercus in cerebrospinal fluid.

Abstract

Dot-ELISA and standard-ELISA were used to detect T. solium cysticercus antigens in cerebrospinal fluid for the diagnosis of neurocysticercosis.
