The study purpose is to construct a reflective Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) and Heart Rate (HR) four-limb detective device, improve transmission SpO2 device only to measure finger, toe and earlobe. Using Silicon Labs Si1143, Arduino Nano, self-calibrated SpO2 algorithm and mobile application software constitute a mobile reflective SpO2 and HR detective device.
