This report summarizes the development and the testing program conducted on the thermal insulation and structures of the LFK-NG double-pulse rocket motor at Co. BayernChemie/Protac (Germany/France). The design is based on technologies such as flow forming and laser welding developed by Bayern-Chemie/Protac since many years and based for the thermal insulation on material and processes of ela boration developed by BC/P and currently in use on our in production rocket motors .
