By using technique based on the Hybrid and dynamic system with the preamplifier a circuit is designed that has advantages such as low power consumption and high-speed performance by utilizing the low Kick Back Noise As well as the appropriate response coefficient and in the operating voltage of and sampling frequency of power about is consumed .
