A compact Antenna is highly intended to meet the portable communication system requirement. Small size, large gain, better directivity and low power requirement are the key features of such antenna. The polarization of antenna depends on the application for which the antenna is being deployed. Such a customized rectangular micro strip patch antenna is design for linear polarization and is simulated using IE3D.
