The proposed work establishes an analog framework for the hardware implementation of programmable fuzzy logic controller. It comprises mainly the analysis of the basic functional blocks that includes a programmable trans-conductance mode membership function circuit (MFC) as fuzzifier, a single layer multi-input MIN circuit as fuzzy inference and multiplier-divider circuit (MDC) along with current replication circuit (CRC) realized as defuzzifier.
