We have designed sugar-hybrid TX-1877 derivatives conjugated with sugar moieties including beta-glucose (beta-Glc), beta-galactose (beta-Gal), alpha-mannose (alpha-Man) and N-acetyl-beta-galactosamine (beta-GalNAc).
