We design, fabricate and demonstrate chip-scale ultra-broadband orbital angular momentum (OAM) emitter and synthesizer on a silicon platform. The maximum purity of OAM+1 and synthesized OAM+1 and OAM-1 are 0.93 and 0.9 in telecommunication band.
