AbstractObjective: To explore how individuals with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) describe their fatigue experience and examine how this differs from descriptions of fatigue in healthy controls.Methods: Fifty-two individuals with CFS and 27 controls listed words that described their fatigue.
