To the Editor: We have read with interest the case reported by Alzaga Fernandez et al about a patient with interstitial keratitis secondary to severe hidradenitis suppurativa. The main conclusion of this report was that there was a good response of both the dermatological and the ocular complications after the administration of subcutaneous adalimumab injections (40 mg every 2 weeks).
