Dermatomyositis (DM) is an idiopathic inflammatory myopathy associated with characteristic cutaneous and extracutaneous manifestations, including malignancy. Primary fallopian tube carcinoma (FTC) is the least common site of origin for a malignant neoplasm of the female genital tract.
