  • The densities and viscosities of ternary solutions (erythritol/xylitol/mannitol + l-ascorbic acid + water) and binary solutions (erythritol/xylitol/mannitol + water), were measured under atmospheric pressure and the temperature range of (293.15 to 323.15) K.
