AIM To evaluate if endodontic and fluoride treatment of the root before delayed replantation would render the tooth a favorable prognosis. METHODS A 10-year-old boy reported 10 hours after he had avulsed his maxillary right permanent central incisor. The pulp and PDL cells were considered to be nonviable.
