Delayed Postoperative CSF Rhinorrhea of Intrasellar Arachnoid Cyst

Abstract

 CSF rhinorrhea due to a transsphenoidal approach usually follows accidental or intentional arachnoid opening. We report a patient with an intrasellar arachnoid cyst, who developed delayed onset of CSF rhinorrhea.
