Histochemical and quantitative analysis of alkaline phosphatase during the course of experimental intracranial neoplasia
In this investigation, an enzyme normally present in the central nervous system, alkaline phosphatase, was examined during various phases of intracranial tumorogenesis in the C,H mouse and a correlation was established between the enzymatic activity of alkalineosphatase in induced tumors with that of similar human tumors.
