Abstract Dehydropeptidase I activities have been measured in samples of human cerebral cortex, subcortical white matter, cortical gliosis, and a variety of intracranial neoplasms. Particular attention has been directed toward activities of the enzyme in relation to degree of malignancy and toward relative levels in neurons as compared to neuroglia cells.
