The aim of the research is to study the effect of polyethylenimine (PEI) molecular weight on the gene transfection efficiency of degradable poly(amino ester) based on poly(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate (PEGDMA) and polyethylenimine (PEG-cr-PEI) as a gene carrier.
