In this paper, we propose a deep unfolding-based framework for the output feedback control of systems with input saturation. Although saturation commonly arises in several practical control systems, there is still a scarce of effective design methodologies that can directly deal with the severe non-linearity of the saturation operator. In this paper, we aim to design an anti-windup controller for enlarging the region of stability of the closed-loop system by learning from the numerical…

This paper deals with regional stabilization of linear time-invariant systems by dynamic output feedback controllers subject to known bounds on the magnitudes of the control inputs. Specifically, we
Antiwindup design with guaranteed regions of stability: an LMI-based approach
TLDR
A method is proposed for designing an antiwindup gain that maximizes an estimate of the basin of attraction of the closed-loop system that can be modeled by a linear system with a deadzone nonlinearity.
An analysis and design method for linear systems subject to actuator saturation and disturbance
TLDR
A simple condition is derived in terms of an auxiliary feedback matrix for determining if a given ellipsoid is contractively invariant, which is shown to be less conservative than the existing conditions which are based on the circle criterion or the vertex analysis.
Local stabilization of discrete-time linear systems with saturating controls: an LMI-based approach
TLDR
A linear matrix inequalities-based framework is proposed in order to compute a saturating state feedback that stabilizes the system with respect to a given set of admissible initial states and guarantees some dynamical performances when the system operates in the zone of linear behavior.
Deep Learning-Based Average Consensus
TLDR
A data-driven approach to tuning the weights of temporal networks using deep learning techniques, which can achieve a significantly smaller consensus error compared to baseline strategies and can be extended for infinite-time window problems.
An antiwindup approach to enlarging domain of attraction for linear systems subject to actuator saturation
The article considers linear systems subject to actuator saturation. An antiwindup technique is used to enlarge the domain of attraction of the closed-loop system under an a priori designed linear
STABILITY ANALYSIS AND CONTROL DESIGN OF LINEAR SYSTEMS WITH INPUT SATURATION USING MATRIX SUM OF SQUARES RELAXATION
Abstract In this paper, matrix sum of squares (SOS) relaxation is used for analysis of linear systems with input saturation. On the basis of a polytopic type saturation model, we consider a
Controller design for dual-stage actuator-driven load devices considering suppression of vibration due to input saturation
TLDR
A loop-shaping approach is adopted to suppress the vibration, where a compensator is designed to improve the disturbance suppression at the plant resonant frequency.
