The constitutive equations of nano-plates embedded in elastic matrix are derived based on Eringen non-local elasticity theory. Considering the non-local differential constitutive relations of Eringen theory in Cartesian and cylindrical coordinates system based on the first and higher order shear deformation theories and using the Von Karman strain field, the equilibrium differential equations are derived in terms of generalized displacements and rotations.
