We compute the decay spectrum for dark matter (DM) with masses above the scale of electroweak symmetry breaking, all the way to the Planck scale. For an arbitrary hard process involving a decay to the unbroken standard model, we determine the prompt distribution of stable states including photons, neutrinos, positrons, and antiprotons. These spectra are a crucial ingredient in the search for DM via indirect detection at the highest energies as being probed in current and upcoming experiments…
Interleaved resonance decays and electroweak radiation in the Vincia parton shower
We propose a framework for high-energy interactions in which resonance decays and electroweak branching processes are interleaved with the QCD evolution in a single common sequence of decreasing
Constraints on heavy decaying dark matter with current gamma-ray measurements
Among the several strategies for indirect searches of dark matter, a very promising one is to look for the gamma-rays from decaying dark matter. Here we use the most up-to-date upper bounds on the
Heavy decaying dark matter at future neutrino radio telescopes
In the next decades, ultra-high-energy neutrinos in the EeV energy range will be potentially detected by next-generation neutrino telescopes. Although their primary goals are to observe cosmogenic
Astrophysical and Cosmological Probes of Dark Matter
While astrophysical and cosmological probes provide a remarkably precise and consistent picture of the quantity and general properties of dark matter, its fundamental nature remains one of the most
DarkSUSY 6.3: Freeze-in, out-of-equilibrium freeze-out, cosmic-ray upscattering and further new feature
DarkSUSY is a versatile tool for precision calculations of a large variety of dark matter-related signals, ranging from predictions for the dark matter relic density to dark matter self-interactions
Electroweak fragmentation at high energies: A Snowmass White Paper
In particle collisions at energies higher than the mass scale involved, the collinear splitting becomes the dominant phenomena. Suitable descriptions of the physics in this regime include the parton
Limits on primordial black holes detectability with Isatis: a BlackHawk tool
Primordial black holes (PBHs) are convenient candidates to explain the elusive dark matter (DM). However, years of constraints from various astronomical observations have constrained their abundance
Multi-messenger High-Energy Signatures of Decaying Dark Matter and the Effect of Background Light
. The IceCube Neutrino Observatory at the South Pole has measured astrophysical neutrinos using through-going and starting events in the TeV to PeV energy range. The origin of these astrophysical
Probing the particle spectrum of nature with evaporating black holes
Photons radiated from an evaporating black hole in principle provide complete information on the particle spectrum of nature up to the Planck scale. If an evaporating black hole were to be observed,
Search for dark matter using sub-PeV γ -rays observed by Tibet ASγ
The discovery of diffuse sub-PeV gamma-rays by the Tibet ASγ Collaboration promises to revolutionize our understanding of the high-energy astrophysical universe. It has been shown that these data

PYTHIA 6.2: Physics and manual
The PYTHIA program can be used to generate high-energy-physics `events', i.e. sets of outgoing particles produced in the interactions between two incoming particles. The objective is to provide as
Heavy Thermal Dark Matter from a New Collision Mechanism.
We propose a new thermal freeze-out mechanism that results in dark matter masses exceeding the unitarity bound by many orders of magnitude, without violating perturbative unitarity or modifying the
Case for decaying spin- 3/2 dark matter
We couple a sterile neutrino sector to a spin-3/2 particle and show that with a Planck reduced coupling, we can naturally obtain a sufficiently long lifetime making the spin-3/2 particle a good dark
Combined search for neutrinos from dark matter self-annihilation in the Galactic Center with ANTARES and IceCube
We present the results of the first combined dark matter search targeting the Galactic Centre using the ANTARES and IceCube neutrino telescopes. For dark matter particles with masses from 50 to 1000
Constraining superheavy decaying dark matter with ultra-high-energy gamma rays from dwarf spheroidal galaxies
Dwarf spheroidal galaxies are compact stellar objects with small or negligible astrophysical backgrounds, widely considered as promising targets to search for a signal from the dark matter decay and
Expected LHAASO sensitivity to decaying dark matter signatures from dwarf galaxies gamma-ray emission
As a next-generation complex extensive air shower array with a large field of view, the large high altitude air shower observatory (LHAASO) is very sensitive to the very high energy gamma-rays from
Hazma: a python toolkit for studying indirect detection of sub-GeV dark matter
With several proposed MeV gamma-ray telescopes on the horizon, it is of paramount importance to perform accurate calculations of gamma-ray spectra expected from sub-GeV dark matter annihilation and

We propose a model where a long-lived pseudoscalar EeV particle can be produced with sufficient abundance so as to account for the cold dark matter density, despite having a Planck mass suppressed
