DNA synthesis in the elongating nondividing cells of the lentil epicotyl and its promotion by gibberellin.

Abstract

Two-day-old lentil seedlings, (Lens culinaris Med.) were incubated for a 48-hour period with and without gibberellin (GA) in the presence and absence of 5-fluorodeoxyuridine (FUDR).
