  • The nucleotide sequence and genomic location of the fowl adenovirus serotype 10 (FAV-10) putative 33K and precursor protein VIII (pVIII) genes have been determined. The total genomic region sequenced was 1814 base pairs (bp) in length with the 33K coding region occupying the sequence from nucleotides 44 to 634 and the pVIII coding region nucleotides 949 to 1689.
