This study aimed to investigate association between single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of excision repair cross-complementing gene 1 (ERCC1), excision repair cross-complementing gene 2 (ERCC2), and X-ray repair cross-complementing group 1 (XRCC1) with sensitivity of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients to platinum-based chemotherapy.
