Objective: Diabetes Mellitus (Type II) is one of the predominant diseases which has seen rise globally. Kappa-B kinase beta (IKK-β) - a protein subunit of IKappa-B kinase, is an emerging target for treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).
