Transformers are the important equipment’s in the power system. Therefore, the continuity of its operation is very necessary. So better protection scheme should develop for transformers. Differential protection technique can be employed to protect the Transformers. In this paper, we have used differential relay mechanism with GSM module and voice announcement circuit.
